Finding your tenants
Everyone renting from you, across the whole portfolio, in one list.
Contacts gathers everyone connected to your properties, on three tabs: Tenants, Leaseholders and Contractors.
The Tenants tab is everyone renting from you across the whole portfolio, not one property at a time.
Each row is one tenant — their name and portal status, the property and room they are in, the rent they pay, and their contact.
A room-let property shows one row per room, so the count here is people, not tenancies: a couple sharing a flat is two rows and one tenancy.
Search filters by name, property or room. Add tenant records a new one. Manage opens a tenant to invite them or check their Right to Rent.
If someone is missing
- A tenant not here? Everyone on this list is attached to a tenancy. Record the tenancy first, on the property's Tenancy tab, and they appear.
- They have moved out? Ending a tenancy keeps the record and the history — people who leave are not deleted.
