How does billing work?
One flat monthly fee for your whole portfolio, set by how many properties you have — not a per-property charge. Adding a property inside your band costs nothing extra; if you cross into the next band the fee moves up once, automatically.
What happens after the free trial?
The 30-day trial needs no card, so nothing is charged automatically. When it ends you choose whether to subscribe; your data stays put either way. Larger portfolios can talk to us about a 3-month trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve from your billing settings, no phone call, no notice period. You keep access for the period you've already paid for.
