Billing questions
How does billing work?
You choose a tier for what it does, not for how many properties you have. Each paid tier covers five properties in its monthly fee, then charges a flat rate for each one after — £1 on Starter, £1.50 on Pro. Nothing is a percentage of your rent, so the bill only moves when the portfolio does.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new account gets three months free, and no card is needed, so nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, one property stays free for good; for more than one you choose a plan. Your data stays put either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve from your billing settings, no phone call, no notice period. You keep access for the period you've already paid for.
