How does billing work?
You choose a tier for what it does, not for how many properties you have. Starter and Pro each cover 20 properties in their monthly fee. More than 20 properties? Speak to us.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new account gets one month free, and no card is needed, so nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, up to three properties stay free for good, with Starter's features rather than Pro's. For more than three, you choose a plan. Your data stays put either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve from your billing settings, no phone call, no notice period. You keep access for the period you've already paid for.
