Signing up, your first property, and what the dashboard is telling you.

• Creating your account Get an account, answer the few questions, and understand the setup card waiting for you.
• Adding a property Get a property in — from its tenancy contract, or by typing the address.
• Bulk property upload Drop a pile of documents — Alfred reads them, works out the properties, and sets them up once you've checked.
• Reading your dashboard Know what needs you today — what every card is, and how to choose which ones you see.
