Documents, and raising something

Find what has been shared or served on you, and report a problem with a dated record.

The Documents tab holds everything shared or served on you, and Raise something is how you report a problem with a dated record.

Documents: what has been served on you, and documents about the building

Everything shared or served on you appears under Served on you — a fire-risk assessment, an insurance schedule, a service-charge demand, a formal notice.

Each shows the date it was served, which is what any deadline runs from, and opens to read, or reads No file attached where only the record was logged.

A building-wide document may also appear under About the building. You cannot upload here; this is a place to read.

Raising something

Raise something: a message, who it concerns, and an optional photo

Raise something is one message box. Say what is wrong, choose who it concerns — Common parts, Whole building or My flat — add a photo if it helps, and Send.

It is logged with a date, so there is a record of when you raised it.

A problem inside your own flat is normally your own repair; the common parts and the building are your manager's.

What you've raised below keeps every thread, each one you can open and reply to.
