Accept your building manager's invite and set a password, once.
Your building manager invites you by email. That invite is the only way in, and once you are in you see your own flat's account and nothing else.
The invite link opens a Set up your account screen. Your flat and who manages it are shown at the top, so you can check it is right, and your email is already filled in.
Choose a password of at least eight characters, type it again, and select Continue.
A short welcome page then confirms your flat and what you can see. Select Continue to my account to land on your Overview.
You move between four places: Overview, Statement, Documents and Raise something.
Everything is about your flat alone — never another leaseholder, never your manager's own accounts.
Remember one thing throughout: this is a record of your account, not a demand for payment.
