Your tax return figures

Where to get the numbers the property pages of a self-assessment return need.

Your SA105 pack: the HMRC UK-property boxes, pre-filled from your figures

On the Finance page, open Tax estimate → Full breakdown, then Export SA105 pack. It lays out the exact boxes of the SA105 — the UK-property pages of your Self Assessment — filled in from your recorded figures. The picture above shows it.

Reading it

Each row is a numbered box from the real HMRC form: box 20 total rents, the expense boxes below it, and so on.

The figures in orange are the ones Abodient has filled from your records; you copy each into the matching box on HMRC's online return.

The header shows the tax year, your name and UTR, and how many personal properties it covers.

Using it

The pack covers your personally-held properties. Anything in a limited company is Corporation Tax — a different return.
