Billing and your plan
What you pay, what it covers, and how to stop paying.
The Billing tab in Settings shows what you pay, and lets you change it. Refer a friend is where you earn free months off it.
Current Plan shows what you are on now. Choose Your Plan lets you switch — a longer commitment locks in a lower price. The Pricing below is one flat monthly fee for your whole portfolio, by size, and a single property is free.
Earning free months
You get six referral invites. Share my link, and each landlord who signs up through yours and verifies their email earns you both a free month — added automatically, no code to enter. The months come off your next bill, so they are worth most before you start paying.
If something is off
- Nothing after they signed up? It counts once they verify their email, not when they register.
- Already a customer? Only a brand-new landlord can be referred; the link will not count an existing account.
