What you pay, what it covers, and how to stop paying.
The Billing tab in Settings shows what you pay, and lets you change it. Refer a friend is where you earn free months off it.
New accounts start on a free trial — around three months, shown as a countdown at the top of the tab, during which you pay nothing whatever the size of your portfolio. Current Plan shows where you are: on trial, or the plan you have chosen. Choose Your Plan is where you subscribe when you are ready — a longer commitment locks in a lower price, and the fee is one monthly amount for your whole portfolio, by size.
You get six referral invites. Share my link, and each landlord who signs up through yours and verifies their email earns you both a free month — added automatically, no code to enter. During your trial each one extends it by a month; once you are paying, they come off your next bill.
