How your data is handled
Where your information goes, who handles it, and whether any AI is trained on it.
Your messages, images and documents are read by AI so it can answer you and search inside what you upload. It runs on Microsoft's servers, under our account.
The Privacy tab in Settings is where you see and act on all of this.
None of what you upload is used to train anyone's AI. It is encrypted on the way and while it sits there, and one account's data is never mixed with another's.
The tab holds your Data Processing Agreement, a Usage analytics switch you can turn off to stop being counted, Download My Data (a full export), and Delete My Account.
Your tenants' data
Your tenants' details are yours to look after — we only hold them for you. You need a reason to hold them, and running the tenancy is one.
They are entitled to be told you hold their details, to see them, and to ask for them to be corrected.
If you want it in writing, or gone
- Need the full detail? The agreement is at abodient.ai/dpa; the policy is at abodient.ai/privacy.
- Want it all deleted? Deletion removes your documents too, including ones a tenancy depends on. We tell you what goes before we do it.
