Putting your company name on it
Your logo and colour, on what your tenants and leaseholders see.
The Company tab in Settings is how you appear to your tenants and leaseholders — and which limited companies own which properties, for tax.
Under Your brand, set a Trading name, a Logo and a Brand colour. Your tenants and leaseholders see these instead of your personal name, across their portal and anything you send them.
Above that, Your companies lists the limited companies you own property through, and which properties each one owns — these are the names HMRC sees, and they can differ from your trading name.

- Nothing under Your companies? We build that list from the ownership on your properties. Set the owning company on a property and it appears here.
- Logo not showing to tenants? Save it here first; it then flows to everything they see. A square or wide mark works best.
