Accept your landlord's invite and set a password, once.
Your landlord invites you by email. That invite is the only way in — there is no public sign-up, and once you are in you see your own tenancy and nothing else.
The invite link opens a Set up your account screen. Your landlord's name and your property address are shown at the top, so you can check it is the right tenancy, and your email is already filled in.
Choose a password of at least eight characters, confirm it, and select Create my account.
There is nothing to fill in about yourself. You are taken straight to your home page.
Next time, sign in with your email and the password you chose. Forgotten it? Use Forgot password on the login screen and a reset link comes by email.
You move between four places: Home, Issues, Documents and Rent.
You only ever see your own tenancy — never another tenant, never the rest of your landlord's properties.
