If your landlord serves you a formal notice — a rent increase, or notice to leave — it appears in your Documents tab, in plain English, with the paperwork attached.
A notice opens on its own page. It tells you what kind of notice it is and the date it was served — that date is what the legal timing runs from, so it matters most.
For a rent increase you see the current rent, the proposed rent, and when it would start.

A notice is a formal step, but it is not always the final word.
Before you do anything — especially with a notice to leave — get free advice from Citizens Advice or Shelter. They will tell you whether the notice is valid and what your options are.
