Your tenancy, your rent record, and the documents shared with you.
Your Home page is the whole of your tenancy in one place. Everything here is yours alone.
At the top is your address and who manages it, then your monthly rent, when the tenancy started, and its term — an open-ended one shows "Rolling — no fixed end".
Below sit your active issues and a Report an issue button.
Your rent record
The Rent tab is your payment history.
Next payment shows the amount and when it is due.
Each month below reads Paid with the date, or Not yet paid. A payment shows as paid once your landlord marks it received, so a day or two's lag after you have paid is normal.
If you are behind, an In arrears figure appears.
Your documents
The Documents tab holds everything your landlord has shared with you.
They are grouped into My tenancy, Safety certificates and anything else.
You are entitled to your gas, electrical and energy certificates — if one is not here, ask your landlord to share it.
You cannot upload here; this is a place to read what you have been given.
If something is missing
- A certificate you expected is not shown? Only your landlord can share it. Ask them to.
- Rent looks wrong? It follows what your landlord has marked received. Message them through Issues if a payment is missing.
