A new dashboard opens on a setup card from Alfred. It has two steps: your tenancy contract, then your compliance certificates.
Reading a contract is the fast way in — drop it on and Alfred pulls out the tenant, the rent and the dates, so you are not typing them.
You are not forced through it. Fill in manually lets you type the details, Skip for now leaves it, and Show me around takes a quick tour.
Whatever you choose, the card stays until both steps are done, and a Resume setup button follows you if you wander off.
