Reading your dashboard
Know what needs you today — what every card is, and how to choose which ones you see.
Your dashboard answers one question: what needs you today. Open it from the top of the sidebar, or the Abodient logo. It is a grid of cards, each one a slice of your portfolio.
The cards are your portfolio at a glance. Inbox leads — everything waiting on you, newest first — with your Properties (each one's rent, yield and compliance) below.
As you scroll, Compliance (certificate coverage), Finance (income and expenses this year), Open issues (maintenance in flight) and Alfred briefing (his read on the portfolio) follow.
It all updates live, with no refreshing.
Choosing what you see
Configure, at the top, opens a panel with a switch for every card. Turn on the ones you want — a rent tracker, tenancy expiries, portfolio value, tax — and off the ones you do not. Changes apply straight away, and Reset to default puts them back.

If the dashboard looks wrong
- A card missing? It may be switched off. Open Configure and turn it back on.
- A count looks off? Trust the Inbox — it is the full list. If a card and the Inbox disagree, the Inbox is the honest one.
