Exactly what is visible to a tenant you have invited — and what never is.
An invited tenant sees their own tenancy, and nothing wider. This is what their portal looks like.

They see what rent is due and when, the documents you have shared with them, any notice you have served, and a way to report a problem with the conversation about it.
Your other properties. Your finances, your yield, your tax. Anything about any other tenant. Your notes, or what you paid for the property.
They also cannot see a message drafted for a contractor until you have approved it.
Sharing is deliberate, one document at a time. Nothing becomes visible to a tenant because it exists — only because you shared it.
