A building's Compliance tab is what the block itself must hold — the duties that belong to the building, not to any one flat. One lift is one inspection, not one per flat.
Four figures lead: covered and valid, action needed, fine exposure, and the next renewal.
Below them, each duty the building carries — a lift examination, a communal fire-risk assessment — decided by the answers you gave when you set the building up.
If the list looks empty
- "Answer the questions"? The building's questions are not answered yet, so we cannot say what it needs. Answer them and the duties appear.
