The paperwork covering the whole building, filed once.
A building's Documents tab holds the paperwork that covers the whole block, not a single flat.
Drop anything in at the top and it is filed, read, and counted once for all the flats. Below sit the categories it sorts into.
Title & ownership holds the building's title deed. Insurance holds the block policy, since the flats are not insured separately. Safety certificates are counted once for the building, not per flat. Service contracts cover the lift, cleaning and door entry.
Anything we cannot place waits under Not yet identified until you say what it is.
The block insurance is the one to know. A single policy covers every flat, and filing it here points each flat's record at it.
If a document is missing
- A flat says it has no insurance? File the block policy here; each flat then reads from it, rather than needing its own.
