Every file for one property, and the details we pull out of them.

Open a property and choose Documents. It holds every file for that property in one searchable place, and pulls the key details out of each one. The picture above is the top of the tab.
Drop a file onto Build your property handbook, or use Drop your documents. We file it and read it — dates, parties, terms.
A gas or electrical certificate also updates the Compliance tab, because the date we read off it is the date we then chase.
My documents opens the full, searchable list — every file filed against the property, organised into Tenancy, Compliance, Notices and Property & finance. Each has a Share with tenant switch.

Alongside sits Property Details: what we know about the property, as against what you have uploaded — address, tenure, energy, and the compliance triggers that decide which certificates it needs. It fills in as you upload.
Create document or notice drafts a document from what we already know — a tenancy agreement, a rent statement, a Section 13 form. The article "Creating a document or notice" covers it.
