Type a name, a flat or a building into the search box to narrow the list. The picture shows the list searched for Brunswick Court.
Each row is a person, not a flat. Someone with two flats appears once, with both listed, as Marion Whitfield does here. The columns are the leaseholder with their portal status, their flat and building, their service charge position, and how to contact them.
An invite not yet accepted reads Invited · awaiting. The leaseholder portal shows what a leaseholder sees once they accept. A balance in red, such as £492.82 behind, is what that flat owes. Read No schedule set as "this year's charge has not been recorded", not as "nothing owed".
