The Leaseholders tab
Everyone who holds a flat in a building you manage.
The Leaseholders tab lists every leaseholder across every building you manage, in one place. Find it on the Contacts page.
Each row is a person, not a flat — someone with two flats appears once, with both listed. The columns are the leaseholder, their flat and building, their service charge position, and how to contact them.
An invite not yet accepted reads Invited · awaiting. Read No schedule set as "this year's charge has not been recorded", not as "nothing owed".
If someone is missing
- A leaseholder not here? They may not be invited yet, or their invite was withdrawn. Add them from their building's units.
