What the building earns and spends, and how it divides.
A building's Finance tab is what the block earns, spends and is worth.

Two figures lead: the rent roll and the costs, with the transactions behind them below.
Record the building's value and its loan, and two more appear — its equity and its loan-to-value. With only one of the two, they cannot be worked out, so they stay off rather than guess.
An owned building spreads its costs across the flats; a managed one recovers them through the service charge.
