Your commercial occupier

The occupier of a commercial property is a business — a company that holds the lease — not an individual tenant.

They use the same tenant portal as a residential tenant, worded for a business let, where they can see the lease, the rent and the documents you have shared.

Alfred stays out of it

The one deliberate difference: Alfred does not handle a commercial occupier's issues. A business tenant's repair or query goes straight to you, not through Alfred — and there is no switch to turn it on. The property's Maintenance tab says as much, so it reads as a clear choice rather than a gap. Commercial repairing obligations sit with whoever the lease makes responsible, so triaging them the way Alfred does a residential tenant's is not the right fit.
