What the Inbox is for

One list of everything waiting on a decision from you.

The Inbox is everything that needs you, in one place — things to do, things Alfred has noticed, and things waiting on your yes.

The Inbox: category chips across the top, shortcut banners, and the list of items below

The chips across the top are filters and counts at once: All, Needs you, Maintenance, Approvals, Compliance, Money, Suggestions, Setup and Personal. Needs you is the honest number — the things only you can decide.

Each item is tagged with what it is and carries the one action that clears it: Chase rent on a missed payment, View on a reported issue.

The banners at the very top gather the biggest jobs, like getting compliant or protecting deposits.

Tasks, and suggestions

Most items are tasks — something to do, sometimes with a deadline.

A suggestion is different: something Alfred noticed and thinks is worth doing, never owed and never dated. Act on one and it becomes an ordinary item; ignore it and it clears itself after 30 days.

Add item puts a job of your own in the list. Finishing anything moves it to Archived, so nothing is lost.
