Drop a pile of documents — Alfred reads them, works out the properties, and sets them up once you've checked.
Instead of adding properties one at a time, you can drop a pile of documents — leases, certificates, insurance, mortgage statements, invoices, even a spreadsheet of your portfolio — and let Abodient work out the rest. Find it under Bulk property upload, from the dashboard's Quick actions or a property's Documents tab.

Drop your files in the box above — up to 20 at a time — then Read my documents. You can include properties you haven't added yet: Abodient works out which document belongs to which property, and which are new.
Alfred reads every document — what each one is, which property it is about, and the details inside it — and shows you a review before anything is saved.

The review above groups it all: new properties it will create, existing ones it will add to, anything that needs you to decide, and anything left out. Each document is a card showing the values Alfred read from it — the address, the rent, the lease dates, the EPC rating, and so on.
You can leave and come back — your review is kept until you set it up or discard it.
