The activity log
Everything that has happened across your properties, newest first.
The Activity page is the running record — everything that has happened across your properties, newest first.
It is grouped by day, with the most recent at the top, and each entry says what happened, on which property, and how long ago.
Search activity narrows it to a property, a document or a tenant.
It answers "what happened, and when" — the question that matters when something looks different from how you left it.
What it is not
It is a record, not a control: you cannot undo something from here.
Only completed things are logged — something still in progress appears in your Inbox instead.
If an entry surprises you
- Something you did not do? Anyone on your Team tab can act on the portfolio, and so can Alfred where you have allowed it. Settings → Alfred controls that.
- Expected an entry that is not there? It is either still in progress, and so in the Inbox, or it never completed.
