Bring a spreadsheet of transactions in, or export your numbers for an accountant.
On the Finance page, the Import / export button brings a spreadsheet of transactions in, or takes your figures out for an accountant.

The menu above has two choices.
Import transactions takes a spreadsheet — a bank export, a letting agent's statement — and reads the rows into your finance records.
You map the columns once (date, amount, description), review what it found, and nothing is saved until you have checked it.
It is the fast way to bring in a year of history rather than typing each line.
Export takes everything the page shows — income, costs, by property and category — out as a file your accountant can open. It is the same data behind your tax estimate, so there is no reconciling two versions.
