A building's Overview tab
What the building is, what is in it, and what it still needs from you.
A building's Overview is the whole block in one place — reached from Properties by opening the building.
Four cards sit across the top: the service charge (or rent roll, if you let the flats), communal costs, compliance, and the building's details.
Below them, every unit in the block, each one you can open.
Anything still unanswered about the building is flagged here, so you can see what is holding a figure back.
If a figure is blank
- Compliance or a duty count missing? The building's questions are not fully answered. Open its details and finish them.
