Open one property and read its Overview — rent, compliance and money at a glance.
Open Properties from the left menu and click a property. It opens on Overview — the one screen that answers "how is this property doing?" before you click into anything. The picture above is that tab.
What each part tells you
Reading it from the top:
The three figures — Rent, Finance · net YTD, Yield — are this property's headline numbers. Net YTD is income minus costs so far this tax year; yield is the year's rent as a share of what the property is worth.
Tenancy shows who is in, and for a room-let or joint let, how many rooms are occupied. Compliance shows how many duties are covered. Finance repeats the net figure with a small chart.
If Alfred is handling a tenant issue here, a blue banner sits at the top with a Show me link into it.
Each card is also a way in: View occupancy, Check and View finances open the matching tab.
The Complete full setup button top right tracks what is still missing for this property.
The tabs down the left
Overview is the first of the property's tabs — Tenancy, Occupancy (room-let and joint-let properties), Compliance, Documents, Maintenance and Finance. Everything about the property lives behind them, and switching between them never loses your place.
If a figure is blank
Yield shows nothing? It needs the property's value. Add it on the Finance tab and yield fills in.
A card still loading? Its data is on its way — give it a moment, or open its tab directly.
